The Stillness Project: Loving Someone Through Addiction

“You are not alone in loving someone through addiction.  This group is designed to provide a safe, welcoming space of stillness in the sometimes-chaotic world of supporting loved ones who live with substance use.”

The goal is to build a community of understanding where you will have a voice to share the challenges of daily life and the resulting impact.  Together, the group will learn and share coping skills, self-care strategies, and healthy boundaries.

This group will be an 8 week program, hosted on Saturdays from 10-11:30am.
