An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 27, 2022
ECMH will be holding space for you to intentionally disconnect & recharge with our new event READING, WEEDING & RECHARGING.
Bring a book, check in your phone, sign out a chair and find a spot under a tree and enjoy some quiet time. Or spend some time weeding in Erin’s Garden, our onsite grief garden.
While this is a drop in event, we ask that you register in advance as spaces are limited. This will be hosted on Wednesdays from 4:30-7pm. Call 613-969-8874 to register.
