• Tools to help maintain your mental wellness and employment
• Gain confidence, empowerment and resilience to get you working!
• Skills training labs: customer service, POS, basic of computers, Call Centre, how to get into the skilled trades
• Receive one-on-one mental health counselling & support
• Opportunities for job placement
