Over the 4 Weeks in the GIFT program you will:
- Learn how to work well with others and handle stress at work
- Tools to help maintain your mental wellness and employment
- Gain confidence, empowerment and resilience to get you working!
- Skills training labs: customer service, POS, basic of computers, Call Centre, how to get into the skilled trades
- Receive one-on-one mental health counselling & support
- Opportunities for job placement
